When will my order arrive?

There is great care in packaging and shipping your new plant puppies so you can unpack them and enjoy their beauty when they arrive. But with plants and shipping by mail sometimes things go
wrong.

First: Some plants simply have a hard time with the change from greenhouse to a closed box with no sun and water for 3 days. Most, however, have no problem, they might come out looking like they
took a ride in a box for 3-days but with some sun, water and love your plant puppies with thrive.

We stress this above because we strive to have our plants packed and ready for shipment in 1-4 days depending on the type of plants purchased. Shipping times vary but the goal is to have the
plants shipped 3 to 4 business days after fulfillment. We ship to our customers Monday-Wednesday, ensuring they have time to arrive without delay. Inclement weather and other circumstances might push back your shipping date to ensure your plants arrive safely.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Packages returned by the carrier will not be refunded or replaced.

Once shipped you will receive tracking information in your inbox. Most items ship separately but
some might ship together or sooner than one another.

Note; During colder months orders might be placed on hold depending on the weather.  

 

Policies & Guarantees

Plant Puppies wants to make sure you are happy with your plants when you receive them, and we provide a guarantee that your plant will arrive to you alive. Below are the specifics of our policy.

 

Receiving a dead plant

We hope this never happens, but plants are living things and sometimes have a hard time during shipping. Did one of your plants arrive dead when you received it? If it did no problem because we guarantee that all plants will arrive to you alive.  If you receive a plant that is dead when you open the box, the problems should be reported to plant puppies on the day the order is delivered, or the very next day and picture documentation must be included with all claims. Refunds will be given in store credit only and on a case-by-case basis.

The plants we source are package the best that can be, but we have no control over how your package is handled once we ship it. Due to the nature of plants, there is no warranty or guarantee on plants beyond our guarantee to arrive to you alive. 

The arrive to you alive guarantee is void when packages are left outside for an extended length of time. Can I change my address after placing an order Yes, but please let us know within 24 hours of the order as the fulfillment process will have begun.

We do not accept returns. 

Winter Protection

When winter season arrives or daytime temperatures drop below 45 degrees Fahrenheit a heat pack is recommended. This will keep the plant warm as the temperatures outside remain cool. Add a heat pack to your order if you believe this weather situation applies to your area. Orders placed without winter protection added will not be covered under our policy.
